Q: How can I place an order?
A: Select your desired product, choose size, click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout and choose payment method (COD / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer) to confirm your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No — currently we deliver only within Pakistan.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days

  • Major Pakistani Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 working days

Q: What is your return / exchange policy?
A: We offer returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
